ProdOps Senior Manager
Taskent, office We are looking for someone who will lead the development of product processes. The key focus of the role is to ensure a transparent and manageable Ideas → Discovery → Delivery cycle, link product initiatives with quarterly OKRs, establish execution control across verticals, features, and cross-functional dependencies. The role is at the intersection of product verticals, Product Operations, design, research, analytics, UX writing, and technical teams.
What you will do:
- Participate in OKR planning for quarters and product verticals
- Control the execution of plans for OKRs and features
- Highlight deviations, blockers, and cross-team dependencies
- Improve product processes and implement unified work rules
- Standardize reporting and a single source of truth in Jira / Confluence
- Work at the intersection of product teams, design, research, analytics, and development
- Brainstorm ideas for AI products and develop technical specifications for AI engineers
Requirements:
- Full end-to-end autonomy and responsibility;
- Deep understanding of the product approach and the Ideas → Discovery → Delivery cycle;
- Experience in building or scaling processes in product teams or large cross-functional projects;
- Experience with OKRs: quarterly planning, decomposing goals into initiatives, progress tracking, status reporting;
- Understanding of portfolio management principles: roadmap, release calendar, dependencies, priorities, capacity, risks;
- Experience interacting with design, research, analytics, UX writing, and engineering;
- Skills in setting success metrics and building management reports;
- Experience with Jira at the process level: status schemes, projects, task types, task relationships, dashboards, and filters;
- Experience applying Claude / GPT for developing processes, methodologies, agents, and automations to solve business problems.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in Fintech.
- Confident work with filters, dashboards, Kanban boards, and sprints in Jira;
- Experience maintaining a knowledge base and regulations in Confluence;
- Experience building a unified standard for artifacts and templates;
- Understanding of product experiments and metrics: A/B tests, North Star, HEART, AARRR, cohort analysis;
- Experience working with Miro/FigJam for collaborative process and solution development;
- Experience preparing executive reports for C-level / heads of departments.
Work format:
- 3 months in the Tashkent office (details will be discussed)
