Looking for a Product Manager for the Shopping Experience domain in the Halyk Market Vitrina team

Area of Responsibility:

• Funnel from PDP -> order placement
• Order history
• Order management
• Reviews and post-purchase experience

The team has a project manager, so delivery will largely be outside the product manager's responsibility. The main task will be product development:

• Work with analytics and user feedback
• Formulate and test hypotheses
• Launch experiments
• Improve conversion and user experience
• Communicate extensively with colleagues from other streams / business units
• Formulate and prioritize the backlog, defend initiatives to management
• Participate in the preparation of the product strategy

Experience in marketplaces or other products with a large user audience will be a plus

Conditions:

• Format - full-time in the office in Almaty, but if you are sick and ready to work from home, then 1-2 days of remote work per month are available
