Areas of responsibility:

• PDP funnel -> order placement
• order history
• order management
• reviews and post-purchase experience

The team has a Project Manager, so delivery will largely be outside the Product Manager's responsibility. The main task will be product development:

• work with analytics and user feedback
• form and test hypotheses
• launch experiments
• improve conversion and user experience
• communicate extensively with colleagues from other streams / business units
• form and prioritize the backlog, defend initiatives to management
• participate in the preparation of the product strategy

Experience in marketplaces or other products with a large user base will be a plus.

Conditions:

• Format - full-time in the office in Almaty, but if you are sick and can work from home, then 1-2 days of remote work per month are available.
