Head of Client Analytics

Uzum Market is looking for a Head of Client Analytics stream. The position involves direct reporting to the CDO and managing 3 teams with a total headcount of 15-20 people. The main challenge of this position is to deepen (or better, redefine) our understanding of our clients, influence client metrics, and strengthen the teams under you. Although the position involves managing and creating large projects, we also expect a deep understanding of AB tests, knowledge of data management fundamentals, and machine learning.
What you will be doing:
- Leading the Client Analytics domain in the Marketing, B2C Product, and Fincom areas
- Being responsible for achieving quarterly goals within your domain
- Managing analytics team leads, developing their management and professional competencies
- Forming and strengthening data-driven approaches in marketing and product
- Building a system of client and marketing metrics, ensuring their transparency and regular monitoring
- Developing and providing analytical support for the loyalty program
- Increasing the efficiency of marketing budget management
- Influencing the quality of the discovery process through analytical research and the formation of product insights
- Participating in hiring and scaling the client analytics team
What is important to us:
- Experience managing an analytics team of 20+ people
- Experience managing team leads
- Experience in product/marketing analytics
- Knowledge of SQL and Python – for data analysis and model building
- Experience with A/B testing tools – for hypothesis testing to optimize processes
