Team Lead Service Engineers

We are currently growing actively and looking for an energetic Team Lead Service Engineers to help us ensure the stable and predictable operation of the technical service team — without losing focus, speed, or quality for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3 Service Engineers: 1:1s, workload, quality, feedback, and development
• Conduct an audit of current processes, backlog, manual operations, and dependencies — and build a more stable system
• Handle complex technical and client cases, coordinate incidents from start to post-mortem
• Interact with product and external providers, and influence priorities with arguments
• Develop a knowledge base, team training, and quality control
• Maintain regular reporting on portfolio, rollouts, and blockers

Requirements

• Have at least one year of direct team management experience
• Independently built or significantly rebuilt processes for a complex service/technical function
• Make operational decisions with incomplete information and understand when to escalate
• Have experience in Customer Operations, Service Engineering, Technical Support (L2–L3), TAM, or a similar function in B2B SaaS
• Understand APIs, webhooks, statuses, logs, and typical integration errors
• Have experience coordinating incidents and cross-functional escalations
• Able to assess impact, urgency, and prioritize a complex operational backlog
• Work remotely confidently and organize your day independently
• Plus: working English for correspondence and calls with providers
