Tasks:
- create user-friendly and understandable tools for complex products
- interact with clients, developers, and managers
Requirements:
- ability to identify the core of a task from a large volume of technical data
- design interfaces that make users' lives easier
- be able to convince the team of your solution and bring the project to launch
- ability to design interfaces and scenarios
- view the product not as a set of static states, but as a chain of scenarios
- have a good understanding of the design process: receiving a task, formulating and testing hypotheses, designing, prototyping, creating the visual part, interacting with clients and developers
- know why a design system is needed, how to use it, and how to make it even better
- be able to find a balance between reuse and innovation
- ability to work in a team
