We are looking for a Provider Account Manager for an international payment integrator.
Responsibilities
- Building and developing a stable network of payment providers for stable payment processing and further scaling.
- Searching for providers, assessing their quality, and negotiating cooperation terms with them.
- Launching integrations with developers, supporting the launch, and further interaction.
- Monitoring the quality of payment processing.
- Continuous optimization of connections.
- Results: connected and managed partner network, stable high payout rate + scalable redirect model.
Requirements
- Experience in payment and processing services.
- Understanding of how payment aggregators and providers work.
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to achieve favorable cooperation terms.
- Ability to bring tasks to completion and manage the process.
- Excellent understanding of the provider markets in India or Latin America: Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, Bolivia, Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador, Honduras, Uruguay, Dominican Republic.
- Possession of your own pool of contacts, platforms, merchants, and aggregators.
Conditions
- Fixed monthly salary (amount to be discussed) + bonuses for KPI achievement.
- KPIs are tied to: onboarding of required aggregators and providers, quality (payout rate, stability), and payment processing volumes.
- Fully remote work.
- The project is already launched and successfully operating; further development is required.
