Yandex is launching a startup in the medical field. We believe that modern technologies can improve the healthcare system, making it more efficient and human-centric.

The mission of our first product — the Doctor's Assistant — is to free doctors from routine and administrative burdens so they can devote more time to treating patients.

We are looking for an experienced visionary manager who will build the Doctor's Assistant. You will create everything from scratch: develop the strategy, launch the product, and scale it. Currently, we have several disparate projects in this area, and your task is to unite them into a single valuable product for doctors across the country.

What tasks await you

Product Strategy You will create and implement a long-term strategy for the Doctor's Assistant. You will need to define the product's users, its applications, and success criteria.

Integration of Medical Projects You will analyze disparate projects in the medical field, extract valuable elements from them, and combine them into a unified product logic to create a seamless user experience.

Risk Management In the medical market, it is important to skillfully manage legal and ethical risks, consider regulatory requirements, and protect product development processes from uncertainty.

Orchestrating Team and Partnership Work You will manage the backlog and discovery and delivery processes, coordinate interactions among technical specialists, UX designers, business analysts, and lawyers. You will communicate with external experts from the medical community, integrators, and pilot clinics, as well as represent the product in the market.

Developing Product Metrics You will work with the analytics and development team to define key product metrics: doctor time savings, documentation quality, NPS of doctors and administrators, integration into business processes of large clinics. Your task is to formulate and test hypotheses, run experiments, and improve the product's key performance indicators.

We expect you to

• Have managed complex products (B2B, B2B2C) for more than seven years, successfully bringing them to market
• Have launched products or entire divisions from scratch in conditions of high uncertainty
• Have implemented large language models (LLM) and GenAI into platform solutions
• Have developed product strategy, broken it down into concrete steps, and defended it to leadership
• Have conducted qualitative research (CustDev) to understand users' real pain points
• Think systematically, decompose complex problems, see connections between different parts of the system, and find elegant solutions
• Communicate excellently, able to negotiate with different teams, find a common language with experts from unfamiliar fields: doctors, clinic representatives
• Are ready to take responsibility for the result, act independently, and lead the team
