We are looking for a Senior Business/System Analyst for the AI division of an international iGaming holding.

You will work at the intersection of product, analytics, and engineering, supporting AI/ML projects from requirement formalization to solution deployment in production.

📍 Format: remote 📍 Location: any, except RF/RB

📌Tasks:

— Formalize business requirements and use cases for AI/ML solutions; — Work closely with engineers, analysts, architects, lawyers, and product teams; — Support AI/ML projects at all stages: PoC → MVP → Production; — Participate in finding product solutions in conditions of uncertainty.

📌Important for the team:

— 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Tech; — Understanding of AI/ML principles and key model quality evaluation metrics; — Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and formalizing requirements; — Proficiency in process description tools (Miro, Draw.io, or similar); — Experience working with cross-functional teams; — Product mindset and ability to work in conditions of uncertainty; — English language proficiency for working with documentation and international teams.

➕Will be a plus: — Experience with GenAI, ML, or AI products; — Experience in personalization projects or marketing platforms; — Understanding of product metrics (Retention, Churn, LTV, etc.); — Experience in iGaming, FinTech, Entertainment, or Subscription products.
