Promo Manager | iGaming | Remote

We are looking for a Promo Manager to develop the promotional direction of an international iGaming product targeting a Russian-speaking audience.

In this role, you will independently manage the full cycle of promotional activities: develop concepts and mechanics, define target segments, coordinate launches, and analyze results.

Tasks:

— development of promotional activities: concept, mechanics, segment, timelines, and duration; — formation and maintenance of a promo calendar; — development of tournaments and gaming events: mechanics, participation conditions, and prize pool; — preparation of requests for promo setup and acceptance testing before launch; — selection of offers for different player segments and cohorts; — control of bonus issuance and budget adherence; — planning of promo support through email, SMS, and on-site communications; — conducting A/B tests and post-analysis; — evaluation of participation, conversion, issuance, performance, and ROI; — work on user retention and reactivation.

Requirements:

— 1-2 years of experience in iGaming/online casino in Promo, CRM, or Retention; — practical experience in independent development and launch of promotions; — understanding of wagering, cashback, free spins, loyalty, tournaments, jackpots, or lotteries; — experience in player segmentation and working with promotional tools or casino admin panels; — understanding of bonus economics, issuance, and promo effectiveness; — ability to work with analytical dashboards; — experience working with a Russian-speaking audience; — English language proficiency at B2 level or higher; — independence, attentiveness, and responsibility when working with budgets, mechanics, and deadlines.

Conditions:

— fully remote work; — location outside of Russia and Belarus — preferred time zone CET; — full-time, main working hours 09:00–17:00;

— salary: $2,000–2,300; — three-month probationary period with 100% payment; — work in an international iGaming product; — possibility of salary review.
