Junior CRM/Promo Manager
iGaming | Remote | Full-time
We are looking for a Junior CRM/Promo Manager for our product team. If bonus mechanics and promo campaigns in iGaming are something you're passionate about, we'd be glad to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a bonus matrix for different segments (VIP, active, reactivated)
- Prepare mechanics for campaigns and promo activities (VIP tournaments, provider promos, seasonal events) and write campaign terms and conditions (T&C)
- Coordinate offers with the VIP Lead and CRM team, participate in the promo calendar for Sport and Casino
- Control bonus cost and ROI, analyze campaign results (CR, deposit sum, bonus cost % of GGR, retention)
- Maintain an offer library and documentation on bonus policy
Candidate Profile:
- At least 1 year of experience as a CRM, Bonus, or Promo Manager in iGaming
- Basic understanding of bonus economics: wager, RTP, hold, bonus cost
- Willingness to work with audience segmentation and CRM systems
- Ability to work with numbers and draw conclusions based on data
- English at the level of reading technical documentation and T&C
Will be a plus:
- Experience with African or CIS markets
- Knowledge of BetB2B, Soft2Bet platforms, or similar
- Experience working with the VIP segment
