Creative Designer

What you will do
- Independently lead key creative projects and initiatives for the company's brands;
- Quickly find strong ideas and translate them into high-quality design solutions;
- Effectively interact with internal clients and develop less experienced team members;
- Inspire colleagues and contribute to the development of both the business and the team;
- Visualize ideas and create compelling design concepts for various consumer touchpoints;
- Manage the full cycle of packaging design development: from receiving a brief and creating a concept to preparing materials for production.
Requirements
- Higher education;
- 3+ years of experience in brand design (experience with food products/FMCG is mandatory);
- Deep expertise in branding, packaging design, and creating the brand's visual world;
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite;
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines;
- A degree in design (BA/MA) will be an advantage.
