Responsibilities:
- Development of design concepts for merchandise and souvenirs.
- Working with contractors: calculating product costs, preparing mock-ups for production according to technical specifications, controlling production and deadlines.
- Development of branded product collections.
- Creation of design mock-ups.
- Development of advertising materials.
- Participating in the approval of mock-ups for all materials.
- Maintaining necessary communication with other structural divisions of the University.
Requirements:
- Higher specialized education (graphic design/advertising, art, or related specialties).
- At least 2 years of experience in branding, and development of concepts for souvenir and printed products.
- A portfolio of works is mandatory (graphic design: development of merchandise design, packaging, printed materials).
- Experience in managing the full production cycle of souvenirs and POS materials.
- Ability to create clear technical specifications and briefs, control budgets and deadlines.
- Confident command of the Adobe suite, professional preparation of design mock-ups for production.
- Knowledge of different types of application and technical production capabilities (textiles, accessories, printing).
- Knowledge of the souvenir product manufacturers market.
- Extensive exposure to design, including in the field of souvenir production (merchandise), ability to express ideas visually.
- Attentiveness, communication skills, ability to constructively work with feedback.
