The main thing is to have at least 1 personal project that you can show: a website, a Telegram bot, an application, a pet project, automation, an advertising campaign, an online store, work with an API, or a small business.
What you will do: • Search for and test traffic sources; • Launch marketing hypotheses; • Work with creatives, texts, and audiences; • Analyze CTR, CPC, CPL, CR, ROI; • Find reasons for drops and improve results; • Scale successful combinations; • Master new advertising and AI tools.
What we offer: • $500 fixed salary to start + KPI; • Remote work from anywhere in the world (Fulltime 10:00–18:00 Moscow time); • Projects in the US and European markets; • Paid practical stage.
