Vacancy: Junior Digital Marketer with a Technical Focus

We are looking for someone who is interested in exploring, testing, and finding solutions. Extensive marketing experience is not required. Technical thinking, independence, and the ability to work with data are more important to us.

We welcome aspiring marketers, analysts, developers, technical specialists, and freelancers who want to grow in digital marketing.

The main requirement is to have at least 1 personal project to showcase: a website, Telegram bot, application, pet project, automation, advertising campaign, online store, work with API, or a small business.

What you will be doing: • Searching and testing traffic sources; • Launching marketing hypotheses; • Working with creatives, texts, and audiences; • Analyzing CTR, CPC, CPL, CR, ROI; • Identifying reasons for performance drops and improving results; • Scaling successful strategies; • Mastering new advertising and AI tools.

What we offer: • $500 fixed salary at the start + KPI; • Remote work from anywhere in the world (Fulltime 10:00–18:00 Moscow time); • Projects in the US and European markets; • Paid practical training stage.
