Vacancy: Lead Support Specialist / Information Systems Support Engineer
Work format: Remote within the Russian Federation
Salary range: 190-210k net (depending on experience and candidate's wishes)
Technical level: Middle
Technical requirements:
- Higher specialized education;
- Proficient knowledge of SQL;
- Experience with MS SQL and PostgreSQL;
- Understanding of microservices architecture principles;
- Linux administration skills;
- Experience in developing and configuring monitoring systems;
- Experience with Kubernetes.
Will be a plus:
- Experience supporting analytical and reporting IT systems;
- Experience working in a bank, fintech, or large company;
- Experience with Redis, MinIO, and other infrastructure components;
- Understanding of high-load system operation processes.
Tasks:
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues in information systems;
- Developing and ensuring the operation of monitoring tools;
- Participating in the implementation and development of information systems;
- Managing the change implementation process;
- Coordinating with related departments during incident resolution;
- Interacting with vendors and partners, monitoring fulfillment of obligations;
- Participating in projects for implementing new infrastructure components, including MinIO, Redis, and other solutions;
- Updating infrastructure components and migrating to current software versions;
- Improving system stability, security, and fault tolerance;
- Participating in project activities.
We are looking for a specialist with experience supporting production systems, who can independently resolve incidents, work with infrastructure, and interact with related teams.
