Your tasks:
- Leading the DBA team: organizing work, developing, and mentoring the team.
- Ensuring the uninterrupted operation and high performance of PostgreSQL, Clickhouse clusters, as well as MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch.
- Developing and improving backup, monitoring, and automation systems (including using Ansible).
- Architectural review of database migrations, consulting and supporting developers, optimizing SQL queries.
- Implementing best practices for database security, fault tolerance, and scalability.
- Interacting with other technical and business teams to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience with relational and non-relational DBMS (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch).
- Practical experience in administering high-load systems and building fault-tolerant clusters.
- Automation skills using Ansible or similar tools.
- Team leadership or mentorship experience will be a big plus.
- Deep understanding of backup, monitoring, and data security principles.
- Ability to analyze and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Readiness for continuous development and implementation of new technologies.
