We are looking for a Digital Product Owner for the "Deposits and Savings Accounts" product to join our Wildberries Bank digital business team.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and maintaining the quality of the customer journey;
• Supporting the development team in accordance with the established strategy of the department and the Bank;
• Initiating qualitative and quantitative research to find optimal product solutions that meet current customer demand;
• Defining the work backlog within the supervised area, determining the boundaries of the MVP and the full version of the commercial product based on research, analytical data, and justified product hypotheses.

You are a good fit if you:

• Have experience managing a development team;
• Have worked as a PO / PM / DPO in digital products for 2+ years;
• Have experience with Deposits and Savings Accounts products (mandatory);
• Have experience with analytical tools (Data-driven approach to decision-making);
• Can manage stakeholder expectations (ability to say "no" to business customers with data-driven arguments).
