We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing the architecture of complex banking systems and developing the architectural practice within the company. The role involves a high level of autonomy, participation in strategic initiatives, and influence on the technological development of products.
✅ Responsibilities:
Analysis of business requirements and interaction with stakeholders Design of architectural solutions for high loads Development and refinement of integrations between systems Mentoring development teams on architectural matters Participation in microservice architecture design (Kubernetes) Work with ML/AI, Big Data, and cloud solutions Comparison and selection of architectural approaches Maintenance and updating of architectural documentation Participation in shaping the bank's architectural strategy Development of architectural practice and standards
⭐️ Requirements:
4–5 years of IT experience in architect positions Experience in designing integration interactions Understanding of various database types and their application scenarios Experience with message brokers (Kafka / RabbitMQ / ActiveMQ) Understanding of information security (encryption, digital signature/qualified electronic digital signature, channel protection) Knowledge of architectural principles and design patterns Experience in designing high-load systems Knowledge of notations UML, Archimate, C4, BPMN Experience in the banking sector or understanding of the domain Experience in business process design (BPMN)
⭐️ Will be a plus:
Experience with AI/ML systems Hands-on experience with Big Data Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native solutions
