We are looking for a UX/UI designer who will help us rethink and create a qualitatively new product admin panel. This is a key part of the system where community managers and administrators from our partners will work. The product already has functionality and a technical base, but the admin panel is currently quite complex: it has many features, scenarios require time to learn, and it is not always obvious to the user where to click and how to get the desired result faster. We want to make the admin panel simpler, more logical, and more pleasant to use: reduce the number of unnecessary actions, improve navigation, and rethink user paths.
Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in the technical capabilities of the system, especially the admin panel
- Study the mechanisms for creating and configuring entities: events, programs, contact databases, participants, communications, roles, reports, and other elements
- Analyze current user scenarios and identify points where the user experiences difficulties, slowness, or lack of clarity
- Design clearer and shorter user paths
- Describe and visualize CJMs, user flows, and use cases
- Design the structure of screens and the logic of user interaction with the system
- Create interfaces for the admin panel and prepare layouts with explanations for the development team
- Interact with the product and technical teams to discuss limitations, capabilities, and optimal solutions
- Assist in creating a clear, user-friendly, and visually accurate interface for a complex product
Requirements
- Experience in designing complex interfaces: admin panels, CRMs, ERPs, SaaS, personal accounts, internal systems, or other products with a large number of scenarios
- Ability to understand product logic and user tasks, not just draw pretty screens
- Ability to delve into a complex subject area and break it down into understandable scenarios
- Skill in designing CJMs, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups
- Ability to shorten the user path: fewer clicks, fewer unnecessary steps, clearer navigation
- Systems thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to explain your decisions to the development team and consider technical limitations
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools
Will be a plus
- Experience with B2B SaaS products
- Experience in designing admin panels, CRM, or HRTech systems
- Understanding of the logic of working with user databases, events, roles, access rights, reports
- Experience in both improving an existing interface and creating a product from scratch
- Ability to work with design systems or readiness to gradually bring the interface to a unified component system
Expected Result
We need a person who will help transform the current admin panel from a functional but complex system into a user-friendly working tool for our clients' employees.
In the end, we want to achieve:
- Clear user scenarios and an improved admin panel structure
- Shortened and logical task execution paths
- Developed CJMs and user flows for key scenarios
- Prototypes, interface designs, and ready-made mockups based on which the development team can implement a user-friendly and neat admin panel.
