• Excellent written and spoken English, (C1-C2).
• Deep, practical knowledge of World of Tanks, with active gameplay and strong understanding of the game.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in community management, gaming industry strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze feedback and produce clear, structured reports.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak confidently and clearly in front of live audiences and in high-visibility situations.
• Strong understanding of PC gaming culture and online communities.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting community KPIs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required. Nice-to-have
• Experience hosting or participating in livestreams, presentations, or public-facing content.
• Experience organizing community events, both online and offline.
• Familiarity with social media and content strategy.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
• Additional European languages e.g. German or Polish.
• Work mode Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office).
