📍 Location: Belgrade / Almaty / Limassol 💼 Format: full-time, hybrid 🌍 ChillBase — a tech / game dev team with a flexible culture, building unconventional products and internal processes with a focus on creativity and development.

What to do: — Build the Learning & Development function from scratch — Develop training programs and a development architecture — Independently conduct training in sync and async formats — Work with talent management initiatives — Support the development of the leadership team (CEO-2 level) — Create solutions for developing scarce expertise — Test new approaches and experiment with training formats

Expectations: — Experience in L&D / Talent Development — Strong methodology and training delivery skills — Background in tech / digital / product environment — Flexible and unconventional approach to learning — Independence and ownership mindset — Love for experimentation and creating an engaging learning experience
