The compulsory medical insurance system operator ensures the provision of medical care to the population.
Responsibilities
- Developing and adapting open-source LLM for the internal tasks of the Foundation
- Fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and quality assessment of language models
- Developing RAG services, AI assistants, and intelligent search for internal documents
- Designing prompt strategies, quality assessment tools for responses, and safeguards against incorrect answers
- Integrating AI services with internal systems via API
- Participating in the formation of the architecture of a unified AI platform
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/LLM solutions development
- Proficient in Python, experience with PyTorch, Transformers, Hugging Face
- Practical experience in fine-tuning LLM: LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, SFT
- Experience in developing RAG: embeddings, vector DB, reranking, chunking, retrieval evaluation, and response quality
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks
- Experience with API, Docker, Git, Linux, and GPU infrastructure
- Understanding of LLM limitations: hallucinations, context window, security, quality control
Optional requirements
- Experience with Russian or Kazakh language models
- Experience in closed environments, governmental, financial, or medical organizations
- Knowledge of vLLM, Ollama, Qdrant, OpenSearch, MLflow
- Experience in building AI agents and multi-agent scenarios
