Operations Account Manager

Remote work | 5/2 | remote | evening shifts

What needs to be done: • support agents and control work with the P2P platform • monitor deposits, payouts, and money movement • work with balances, FG, and cash desks • resolve payment issues and interact with support/finance • track errors and suspicious operations

What is important: • experience in iGaming / fintech / payment projects • understanding of P2P processes
