A young payment aggregator in the iGaming market is looking for an Operations Director. The team is small — but there is also little bureaucracy for its size: decisions are made quickly and do not drown in approvals. Growth prospects are high — as is the growth of fixed pay (we discuss a 2x increase), plus a percentage of profits.

⚡️Responsibilities: • Build and develop relationships with payment systems and merchants from the gambling/betting vertical • Select and match merchants with optimal payment solutions • Coordinate the work of sales, support, and development — keep processes connected, not isolated • Form business processes from scratch and determine the company's development vector: in terms of work methods, in terms of geography • Use AI tools as part of daily work — to speed up processes, analytics, communication

⚡️Who we are looking for: • Experience in payments / iGaming / fintech, understanding the specifics of the gambling vertical • Experience in building processes from scratch, not just working in an established structure • Ability to speak the language of sales, development, and support • Confident native use of AI tools in work, not just "tried it once" • Readiness for the pace of a small company: without an inflated support apparatus, with high personal responsibility

⚡️What we offer: — Remote — Salary -1500-2000$ + % of attracted clients (no cap)
