🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years covering ASO.
• Demonstrable experience managing organic growth across multiple markets simultaneously.
• Experience in the GCC or MENA region is strongly preferred; familiarity with Arabic-language search behavior is an advantage.
• Experience working within a performance marketing team or alongside paid acquisition functions is a plus.
• Proficiency with SEO tooling: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with ASO tooling: AppFollow, AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or equivalent.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize across four markets and deliver results without direct executional support in each country.
• Strong communication skills able to translate technical SEO/ASO recommendations into clear briefs for non-technical stakeholders.
