💁 Position: Country Manager (AUSTRALIA/CANADA)

✅ Responsibilities: Develop and implement market growth strategies (growth, retention, monetization). Take responsibility for the region’s P&L and key business metrics. Adapt the product to local market specifics (user behavior, payments, promotions, UX). Manage marketing activities and channel performance (including affiliates). Collaborate with teams on retention / CRM / VIP направления. Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage business risks. Analyze the market, competitors, and user insights. Coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Payments, Anti-Fraud, Support). Initiate and launch new ideas, tests, and market hypotheses.
🎯 Requirements: Experience working as a Country Manager in iGaming. Deep understanding of the local market, culture, and user behavior. Experience with marketing, product, and retention processes. Ability to work with metrics, analytics, and P&L. Strong communication and management skills. English level: B2+. Knowledge of the local language. Self-driven and results-oriented.
