We are creating a Business Assistant for entrepreneurs and are looking for those who want to build it with us. Our assistant lives on the SberBusiness platform and has a variety of skills: from providing clear analytics on entrepreneurs' businesses and consulting on their business development, to planning specific actions and creating a step-by-step plan. The Business Assistant can already perform some steps of the plan for the entrepreneur, and in the future, it will become even more independent. Our scenarios are becoming more flexible and profound, and the Assistant is becoming more autonomous. Therefore, we are expanding the team and looking for a QA engineer who will maintain the quality of our agent at a high level.
Responsibilities
- Performing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Creating test cases for checking the logic and behavior of AI agents
- Developing test plans and reporting on testing results
- Validating the quality of agent responses: relevance, accuracy, absence of hallucinations
- Manual testing of end-to-end processes/dialogue scenarios involving adjacent teams
- Identifying, localizing, and fixing detected defects
- Participating in Demos and acceptance testing of functionality
- Conducting PICS (Pre-shipment Inspection)
- Interacting with developers, analysts, and other team members to ensure product quality
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a software tester
- Solid knowledge of REST API and JSON format
- Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman or similar)
- Experience testing systems with integrations
- Understanding of software development principles and testing methodologies
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to work with logs
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment
- Basic knowledge in artificial intelligence: understanding the principles of AI agents and LLMs (or strong motivation to learn them)
