Junior Business Development Manager | Payments / FinTech / iGaming

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager for an international payment company that works with major brands in the iGaming market and develops Tier-2 / Tier-3 segments, including Korea.

This role is suitable for a candidate who wants to grow in FinTech / Payments, can communicate with partners, and is ready to develop in international B2B.

What you will do:

• Search for potential merchants and partners;
• Write and present payment solutions;
• Help guide clients towards an integration request;
• Maintain communication with partners;
• Work with the contact database and record lead statuses;
• Interact with the internal team.

What is important:

• Experience in FinTech / Payments / Banking — mandatory;
• Understanding of B2B sales or partnership development;
• English language from B2 level;
• Ukrainian citizenship will be an advantage for attending international conferences;
• French or Korean language — a big plus;
• Activity, clear communication, and a desire to grow in the BD field.
