Team Lead Account Manager

🔥 Team Lead Account Manager | Cyprus | Office

We are looking for a Team Lead Account Manager who will take charge of managing a team of 5–6 Account Managers, be responsible for the department's results, and develop key partners.

What you will do: 🔹 Manage the team, control KPIs and work efficiency. 🔹 Develop relationships with key partners. 🔹 Analyze indicators, identify downtrends, and find growth opportunities. 🔹 Train and develop employees, help the team achieve results. 🔹 Prepare reports and present results to management. 🔹 Oversee all company GEOs: Africa, Asia, and CIS.

What is important for us: 🔹 Experience in team management and working as a Team Lead. 🔹 Experience in Affiliate / Partner Management or B2B Account Management. 🔹 Developed leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. 🔹 Proactiveness, independence, and high responsibility. 🔹 Analytical thinking and reporting skills.

Experience in Mobile Content (MobCash) will be an advantage, but not required. English will also be a plus.
