Join TrafficStars, a leading player in the online advertising industry. We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Publishing Team Lead. This role is perfect for someone with strong experience in publisher management, team leadership, and mainstream traffic, who is ready to take ownership of team performance and contribute to the growth of the Publishing Department.

As a Publishing Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the publishing team, developing long-term partnerships with publishers, improving internal processes, and driving business growth. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced AdTech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead one of the branches of the publishing department, defining goals, optimizing processes, and setting performance standards;
• Partner closely with Product and Tech Teams to communicate market needs, customer feedback, and commercial opportunities;
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and drive implementation of new ideas, process improvements, and product initiatives;
• Build scalable account growth strategies, upsell opportunities, and partnership initiatives;
• Monitor team KPIs, pipeline performance, onboarding success, and customer expansion metrics;
