MarCom Manager | US Market Launch
An international wellness company with presence in 60+ countries is expanding into the U.S. market and is looking for an experienced MarCom Manager to lead integrated marketing communications and brand visibility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the brand communication strategy for the U.S. market
- Manage all internal and external communications, ensuring consistent tone of voice and timely delivery of key company messages
- Prepare communication plans for product launches, campaigns, and strategic projects
- Plan and oversee PR and advertising activities across print and digital media
- Build relationships with media, influencers, ambassadors, experts, and opinion leaders
- Organize and manage online/offline events, sponsorships, collaborations, and partnerships
- Lead social media communications across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Support brand reputation and executive visibility initiatives
- Drive 360° communication for products, business initiatives, and leadership positioning
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities using a multichannel approach
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in marketing communications, PR, integrated marketing, or brand management
- Experience in wellness, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, or health-related industries is a plus
- Strong understanding of the U.S. media and influencer landscape
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Russian language is a plus
