We are looking for a Head of Department for Onboarding Indian Sellers to Russian Marketplaces in the Indian department.
•Building an end-to-end process for Indian exporters to enter Russian marketplaces (Wildberries, Ozon) from scratch; •Developing a financial model and organizing a system of settlements; •Building logistics chains (customs, brokers, logistics, insurance); •Creating a contractual base and legal framework taking into account the requirements of Russia and India; •Integrating connecting intermediaries (logistics operators, customs brokers, payment agents); •Ensuring uninterrupted payment processing; •Formulating business requirements for integration with marketplace APIs; •Packaging the offering for Indian exporters;
•Higher education in international business, marketing, management, sales, foreign economic activity; •Experience working with sellers from China and knowledge of their onboarding to Russian marketplaces (mandatory) for 9+ years; •Understanding marketplace business models (FBO/FBS, unit economics, commissions, reporting documents); •Experience in building cross-border supply chains (logistics, customs clearance, foreign economic activity); •Knowledge of currency control and compliance procedures for working with non-residents; •Experience in building processes from scratch; •English language proficiency not lower than B2 (spoken with knowledge of business vocabulary)
