Responsibilities:
- Launch and develop products, improve existing ones;
- Study the market, competitors, and user experience;
- Analyze business and user requirements;
- Conduct CustDev, launch A/B tests, and analyze data to find product growth points;
- Interact and coordinate with the development department for successful releases;
- Establish clear processes;
- Write technical specifications and assign tasks to the team;
- Participate in strategic business-level decisions;
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in IGaming;
- Understanding of the iGaming ecosystem: platforms, providers, payment systems, anti-fraud;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Ability to organize teamwork;
- Understanding of business goals and a desire to influence results;
- Experience launching a product from scratch and taking it to the next level;
- Organizational skills, ability to plan one's own work;
- Experience in fast-growing companies and startups will be a plus.
