We’re looking for a hardworking, hands-on and dynamic Marketing Manager based in Barcelona to drive all Impress marketing activities for one of our key European markets.
📍 Location:
This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain). You’ll be working closely with our international marketing team in a dynamic, collaborative office environment.
✨ What You'll Do
- Drive all Impress marketing and creative activities for one of our key European markets.
- Localise & deploy marketing initiatives & campaigns.
- Take care of all marketing operations across the country, with the mission to digitalize the orthodontic experience for patients.
- Ensure maximum traffic conversion & drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities while reducing CAC.
- Stay on top of health-tech market trends and support market research efforts where required.
- Localise, develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across all channels (digital, press, TV, social, etc.).
- Collaborate with the PR / influencers team to build our community online.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on performance
💡 What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a similar role, in a large scale start-up, ideally within the health-tech sector.
- Strong knowledge of at least one European market (Germany, Netherlands, or another relevant country).
- Solid hands-on experience running Meta and TikTok Ads, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing campaigns end-to-end.
- Ability to implement marketing techniques over all digital and non-digital channels.
- Both creative and analytical mindset.
- Roll-Up-The-Sleeves Style: You enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you take ownership of the initiatives and to be comfortable in an environment with lean staffing.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills: you know how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
- Fluent in English and ideally at least another European language.
