About the team:
- Savvy Kid is a fast-growing app for parents of children with ADHD: it helps with focus, habits, and reducing parent-child conflicts; it is developing in both b2c and b2b;
- the team, with 6 exits, is building an AI operating system for neurodivergent families — they collect behavioral data to personalize parental support;
- $3.8M ARR in 14 months after launch, a partnership with Medicaid is already in place;
- founders: Serg Safonov (repeat founder, co-founder of MEL Science — $120M in cumulative revenue in the US) and Russ Peloquin (20 years in clinical sales and CCO roles in US healthcare, $1.2Bn in M&A).
What you'll do:
- develop a large volume of creative briefs for Meta Ads with a focus on video;
- transform insights about parents and their pain points into strong advertising concepts — hooks, scripts, visual directions;
- build a scalable production pipeline — hundreds of creative variations per month;
- daily analyze competitor advertising, identify new formats and trends on Meta Ads;
- work with Meta Ads Manager: monitor metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CR, CAC, ROAS), identify winners, and turn data into new hypotheses;
- organize the work of motion designers and video editors, set tasks, provide feedback, meet deadlines and volume.
What we're looking for:
- proven experience in producing performance creatives for Meta Ads;
- mandatory experience with subscription apps / digital subscription products;
- strong storytelling, copywriting, and ability to create engaging hooks in the first seconds of video;
- experience managing motion designers / video editors;
- confident command of Meta Ads Manager and creative analysis;
- ability to work with large volumes without losing speed and quality;
- interest in parenting, child development, psychology;
- fluent or advanced English.
