Beeline Uzbekistan is seeking a leader who will develop the company's video and music services and be responsible for their commercial success.

What you will do: • Manage the P&L of the division and be responsible for business results • Develop video and music products • Formulate content strategy and conduct licensing negotiations • Develop a subscription model, monetization, and user retention • Launch and develop strategic partnerships

We expect: • 5+ years of experience in OTT, Streaming, Digital Entertainment, or subscription services • P&L management experience • Expertise in monetization, retention, and growth • Experience with content and licensing • Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills
