BI Developer for the HR Analytics Team (TCT & OrgDev)
The TCT (Talent Capital Team) and OrgDev (Organization Development) analytics team provides analytical support for initiatives in employee development and training, as well as analysis of the organizational structure, including work with goal-setting processes, performance reviews, and HR strategy.
Additionally, the team works with the Engagement Survey—a key employee survey based on which metrics are calculated: e(m)NPS, Loyalty, Wellbeing Index, Psychological Safety Index, and others. The main task of an analyst is to help the business make decisions by developing analytical tools and conducting research.
Improve storage schemas and build reliable ETL processes for delivering data from master systems to the corporate data warehouse (DWH);
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and methods for calculating metrics for business areas;
Create and optimize data collection pipelines, as well as assist in integrating various data sources;
Consult and assist the business in formalizing business metrics;
Manage the system of access to confidential data within the company;
Analyze the effectiveness of internal company processes and HR products.
Have at least two years of experience designing and developing dashboards and data pipelines;
Be proficient in SQL, have experience optimizing queries, understand data warehouse architecture, and have created data marts;
Have good command of BI tools (we use Redash) and be able to create beautiful and functional dashboards;
Be able to present the results of your solutions and explain complex things in simple terms.
Have experience in HR;
Have experience in DWH system analytics;
Have experience in data modeling;
Have built ETL processes (obtaining data via API, reading from Kafka, worked with Airflow and/or dbt).
