International manufacturing group of companies (European brand) is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The main focus of the company is the development and implementation of interior solutions.
The company is in a phase of active scaling and increasing complexity of its business structure, therefore it is forming a new level of financial block. They need a strategic business partner who will help the owners and top management to grow exponentially and turn finances into a driver of efficiency.
They are looking for a strong financial leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, who thinks strategically but is also ready to "dive into details" and understand what is happening in operations. You will provide recommendations for improving business efficiency, EBITDA, and profitability, as well as build a financial vertical capable of scaling with the company's growth.
What you will be doing:
- Be a business partner for the owners and the commercial block: participate in strategy development, propose initiatives to increase profits, model scenarios and risks
- Ensure liquidity and manage the group's financing structure, control working capital in the Russian Federation and international jurisdictions, build effective settlements with foreign partners
- Lead the consolidation of management reporting, transition to IFRS
- Develop and implement a financial modeling and strategic planning system that will serve as a basis for decision-making
- Engage in tax optimization, risk management, and improvement of accounting policies
- Manage financial, accounting, and legal departments (~30 people)
- Implement modern automation technologies, including AI and BI, to ensure the financial function operates quickly, transparently, and with minimal manual effort
Requirements:
- Higher education in a relevant field or economics, deep expertise in IFRS and Russian tax law
- Experience as a CFO in companies with a turnover of 10 billion rubles or more (experience in Russian and foreign companies is important)
- Mandatory knowledge of the international context: work with foreign counterparties, experience interacting with foreign businesses
- English language: conversational (from B2). You will need to communicate with foreign partners, top management, consultants, and auditors
- High level of communication skills: ability to build partnerships with related departments
- Leadership and systemic thinking: ability to build a team, implement KPIs, regulations, and at the same time remain a "playing coach"
- Love for automation and technologies: successful experience implementing ERP, BI systems. Interest in using artificial intelligence in finance is welcomed
- Deep understanding of asset valuation, income, and risk assessment methods
- Speak the language of numbers and business results. Your initiatives are always supported by calculations and economic justifications
