Requirements: Understanding of product fundamentals: JTBD, Value Proposition, funnels (AARRR), and basic unit economics (CAC/LTV/ARPU). Analytical thinking: understanding of the hypothesis testing cycle and fundamentals of event analytics (events, funnels, conversions, cohorts). Statistical significance in A/B tests and understanding why they shouldn't be stopped prematurely. Technical literacy: experience in writing technical specifications and working in task trackers (Jira / Linear / Notion / Trello). Attention to detail: this is a critically important soft skill for us.
Will be your advantage: Experience with analytics systems (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Appsflyer, or equivalents). Experience with iOS applications, PWA, and Web2App connections. Basic skills in Figma (viewing mockups, fitting text). Active use of AI assistants in daily work. English at B1 level and above (reading documentation, understanding interfaces, ability to compose basic marketing text).
