Those who are interested in this direction and have sufficient experience in the general field. We just get together (online), come up with ideas, create, and release. Currently, we are looking for one more person for the team, who loves games and knows how to design them.

It is sufficient to:

• come up with a mechanic and not break the whole game with it;
• sketch a level layout so that the level designer has something to work with;
• test a build and say: "it lags here, it's boring here, let's fix it";
• write a couple of lines of dialogue if the narrative designer is unavailable;
• set a task in the tracker so that it can be read at first glance.

If you have done any of this in commercial projects – that’s already good.

What you will be doing Everything a game designer typically does in a small studio:

• bring ideas from your head into documents, and from documents – into the build;
• polish the project together with everyone else to a state where "we are not ashamed to show it";
• argue until you lose your voice, and then go have coffee and come up with something cooler;
• sometimes curse at a build that crashed for no reason;
• feel great when a mechanic suddenly comes alive and you just want to play it.

It is mandatory to have relevant experience and interest in working as a game designer, and it is also suitable if you don't have experience but have education. Game designers with experience working with Unreal Engine and Godot game engines are especially valued. A knowledge of English will give you a serious advantage during consideration!
