Those who are interested in this direction and have the relevant experience in the general field. We simply gather online, come up with ideas, develop, and release. Currently, we are looking for one more person to join the team, who loves games and knows how to design them.

It is enough to:

• come up with a mechanic and not break the whole game with it;
• sketch out a level layout so that the level designer has something to build upon;
• test a build and say: "it's lagging here, it's boring here, let's fix it";
• write a couple of lines of dialogue if the narrative designer is unavailable;
• assign a task in the tracker so that it can be read at first glance.

If you have done any of this in commercial projects - that's already good.

What you will be doing Everything a game designer usually does in a small studio:

• bring ideas from your head into documents, and from documents into the build;
• polish the project together with everyone else to a state "not ashamed to show";
• argue until you're hoarse, and then go for coffee and come up with something cooler;
• sometimes swear at a build that crashed for no reason;
• enjoy when a mechanic suddenly comes to life and you want to play it just like that.

It is mandatory to have solid experience and interest in working as a game designer, and it is also suitable if you don't have experience but have an education. Game designers with experience working on Unreal Engine and Godot game engines are especially valued. Knowledge of English will give you a serious advantage during consideration!
