Belgrade office (we consider candidates who are already in Serbia)
We are an international product IT company that develops and supports high-load projects for large companies, most of which are B2B solutions for entertainment, gaming, and sports, and we are inviting System Support (AnyKey) to join our team.
Main tasks:
- Maintenance of the office premises and users within it (250+ workstations)
- Server room maintenance
- Component-level repair of PCs and peripherals
- IT inventory management
- Preparing requests for equipment procurement
- User support and assistance in resolving technical issues
- Work with access control systems (SKUD) and video surveillance systems
Requirements:
- Knowledge of component-level repair rules for equipment.
- Experience in restoring Windows OS without data loss.
- Knowledge of the hardware of the latest PC components (Processors, motherboards, video cards, printers, etc.).
- Knowledge of the basics of working with Active Directory (Purpose, pros and cons of working with it, GPO principles).
- Knowledge of the basics and principles of TCP/IP (Networks, data packets, routing), as well as industrial routers and switches (models, pros and cons).
- Knowledge of low-current systems, ability to work with structured cabling systems (SCS).
- At least 1 year of experience in the position of System Support (Enikey).
