Technical Artist (Slot Games)
Main responsibilities
- Preparation and structuring of PSD files, ensuring correct grouping and naming of layers.
- Setting up tags for import into Spine and automating the import process.
- Optimizing animation and creating sprite sheets (atlases).
- Setting up particle effects.
- Working through the full pipeline: PSD → Spine → export to game → configuration setup.
Requirements
- Confident practical experience with Spine (including skins, constraints, and export).
- Experience in preparing PSD files and understanding of scene assembly principles.
- Ability to use tags for importing assets into Spine.
- Skills in optimizing graphics and animation.
- Deep understanding of the technical side of in-game visual effects.
- Knowledge of animation principles, excellent sense of composition, color, timing, and dynamics.
Stack: Spine 2D, Adobe Photoshop, TexturePacker (or similar packagers), particle system editors (VFX).
Will be a plus
- Experience working on slot game reskins.
