HR Manager 📍 Office: Paphos (office only) 💰 Salary: to be discussed based on interview results

We are a rapidly developing financial company scaling teams in various directions. We are currently looking for an HR Manager with a desire to grow within the company to the position of Head of HR Department. If you are interested not just in "closing vacancies" but in influencing the team, processes, and employee development — we would be happy to meet you 🤝

What you will be doing: — Full recruitment cycle — Conducting interviews and communicating with candidates — Onboarding new employees — Maintaining reporting and HR records — Working with internal HR department processes — Supporting employees and communicating with teams — Organizing congratulations, activities, and corporate culture — Interacting with department heads — Participating in the development of the company's HR processes

What is important to us: — HR work experience — Ideally — experience in financial companies / fintech / call center — Desire to learn and develop in the HR field — Ability to work in multitasking mode — Communication skills and love for working with people — Responsibility and initiative — Ability to quickly switch between tasks — Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel will be a plus
