PSP Business Development Manager (Senior) — iGaming / Payments

📍 Cyprus, Limassol 🏢 Office only (on-site) 🕘 Full-time 🌍 Markets: Tier-1 (EU / UK / AU etc.) 💳 Specialization: PSP / acquiring / payments

➡️About the role We are looking for a strong Senior in PSP Business Development, who deeply understands the payment ecosystem and can directly influence the business through providers. This is a hands-on role without team management — focus on deals, payment quality, and network efficiency.

➡️What you will do — Find, evaluate, and connect Tier-1 PSPs, acquirers, APMs — Conduct commercial negotiations: — fees, rolling reserve, settlement, limits — Develop and optimize current providers — Work with product, risk, fraud, finance, tech — Influence key metrics: approval rate, payment success rate, conversion to deposit, payment cost — Manage the PSP portfolio and traffic distribution — Analyze payment performance and identify growth opportunities

➡️Main objective Make payments a growth driver: improve approvals, reduce costs, and increase conversion through competent work with PSPs.

📎 What's important — 3+ years in payments / PSP / acquiring / iGaming / high-risk — Mandatory experience working with Tier-1 markets — Understanding: * how acquiring works * how risk / compliance affect approval * reasons for approval rate drops and ways to improve them — Real negotiation experience with PSPs — Strong analytical skills — English — working proficiency

➡️Will be a plus — Contacts with Tier-1 PSPs / acquirers — Experience in scaling or optimizing a payment network — Experience in high-risk verticals (iGaming, crypto, forex, etc.)
