📍 Location: Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus 🏠 Format: fully remote 💰 Range: 120,000–140,000 ₽ 📄 Employment: Sole Proprietor (IP) only

What's important: — 3–6 years of experience in product design; — mandatory experience with B2C products; — systematic product thinking: the ability to see the entire system of states, scenarios, and transitions, not just individual screens; — confident work with JTBD and User Flow; — the ability to first understand the task and user needs, and only then move on to interface solutions; — strong UI and good visual taste; — it is important to create not only functional but also expressive interfaces; — cases with solutions at the level of entire systems and user flows, not just individual screens; — experience interacting with research and/or analytics; — independence: the ability to conduct small research, formulate a hypothesis, and argue for it; — the ability to present and justify your decisions to the business and the team.
