An international Forex / CFD company is looking for a strong Growth Manager / CMO to develop and scale the Spanish LATAM segment.

Main GEOs: Argentina, Peru, Chile, and other Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America (excluding Brazil).

The company is licensed in Chile, Mauritius, Seychelles, and South Africa.

The company already has content and creative teams, so the main focus of the role is building a growth strategy, scaling traffic, and attracting new clients.

Responsibilities: • Development and implementation of a growth marketing strategy for LATAM • Lead generation and customer acquisition • Launching and scaling media buying campaigns • Building a performance marketing funnel • Working with influencer marketing • Developing the social media segment • Analyzing traffic, conversion, and effectiveness of advertising campaigns • Collaborating with creative and content teams • Testing new acquisition channels • Analyzing competitors and the market • Interacting with sales, retention, and product teams

Requirements: • Experience in Forex / CFD / Trading / Fintech • Strong experience in growth marketing and performance acquisition • Experience working with LATAM markets • Deep understanding of media buying and lead generation • Experience with influencer traffic • Analytical and data-driven approach • English language - mandatory • Spanish will be a big plus
