🌍 Sales Manager | Kyrgyzstan / Tajikistan | Remote We are expanding our sales team at an international iGaming holding and are looking for managers to work with the markets of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Here, you don't need to find clients yourself or engage in classic cold calling. You will receive a database of users who have already interacted with the platform. Your task is to build communication with the user: understand their interests, select a relevant offer, address doubts and objections, and lead them to the target action — a deposit. The primary channel is phone, with messengers and SMS used additionally. Who we are looking for: — Specialists with experience in active B2C sales; — With strong skills in telephone negotiations and objection handling; — Ready for a high-paced work environment and KPIs; — Fluent in Kyrgyz or Tajik; — With good command of Russian. Experience in iGaming is welcome, but not mandatory — we primarily look for strong sales skills.
