About the project

New Sky Group develops a network of educational and informational YouTube channels, primarily in English.

Topics: economics, finance, real estate, labor market, legislation, and others.

We are looking for a Preview Maker who can not only create a visually appealing image but also independently come up with a visual idea for the video's topic and develop it into a strong final preview.

We actively use AI in our work, but generation alone is not considered a finished result.

What needs to be done?

You will receive the video title, a brief description of the topic, and references if necessary.

Then you need to:

• brainstorm a visual concept;
• generate or select the necessary elements;
• refine them manually;
• assemble the final preview in Figma or Photoshop;
• make edits if necessary.

The preview should work in conjunction with the title, quickly convey the main intrigue, and create a desire to watch the video.

What's important to us:

• Experience in creating previews for YouTube;
• Strong portfolio;
• Ability to independently devise a visual concept without a detailed brief;
• Confident work in Figma and/or Photoshop;
• Experience with AI tools for image generation;
• Ability to manually refine AI generations;
• Good sense of composition, contrast, and visual hierarchy;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to work in different styles;
• Adherence to deadlines and normal work with edits.

Specific experience is not critical – the quality of work and a test task are more important.

What doesn't suit us

We are not looking for someone who makes all previews from one template.

An approach like "generate an image – it's done" is also not suitable. We need a person who thinks about the idea first and then assembles the visual.

Work format

Currently, the volume is approximately 5–10 previews per week.

We are looking for a specialist for regular work, so speed, consistent quality, and adequate cost for a constant volume are important.

Payment: 500–750 ₽ (USDT) per finished preview.

Conditions for specific complex tasks can be discussed separately.
